Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access until the end of the billing period. No questions asked.

What's included in the annual discount?

Annual plans are billed once a year at 10× the monthly price — effectively 2 months free. You can switch between monthly and annual any time from your billing portal.

What happens when I hit my canvas limit?

You can still view and comment on existing canvases — you just can't create new ones until you upgrade or archive old ones.

Do my clients need a kiro account to leave feedback?

No. On Studio and Agency plans you can create guest share links and Client Spaces. Anyone with the link can leave comments without signing up.

What is the Library/DAM?

Once a canvas is approved by all signatories, you can graduate it to your Library — a searchable, tagged archive of every approved creative asset. Studio gets 100 assets; Agency gets unlimited.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The free plan is generous enough to evaluate kiro thoroughly. If you'd like to trial a paid plan, contact us and we'll sort it out.
